We did set out for the fun filled amusement water park at the lake shore of Toronto. However, it was pouring heavily and we had to turn around as the rides would be closed due to the rains, dont ask why...water park closed due to rains...weird, but there it is!
So we headed back home a little disappointed and then we discovered another ride!
While driving, our car rolled through tons of water created a tirade of continuous water walls as we cut through on the lake shore boulevard. And when another big jeep passed us, our car was covered momentarily in a hugh wave!! What fun, we cheered and screamt, waiting for another car to pass us, and checking if we could return the favour to someone else.
We did a bit of shopping, came home, rested a bit, and then played monopoly...old game, but new layout and with electronic credit cards and swipe machine. Saahir got this game as a birthday gift from one of his friends and we really had a blast playing it while eating wantons with garlic oyster sauce that Sonz had made.
So all in all, it was a nice Sunday!
